Mobile Wallet

Begin making secure contactless purchases at participating merchants wherever your Visa card is accepted! Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay are all now available to use with your Credit Union debit card and credit card. Here are a few tips to get you started:

  • You’ll need to passcode protect your smartphone.
  • Click on the wallet app on your smartphone and follow the prompts to add a new card.
  • Once you have entered your card information on the phone and accepted the terms and conditions, you will be prompted to contact the credit union’s card servicer to finish adding the card to your mobile wallet. This verification process, which will require you to answer a few questions specific to you and your card, is in place to verify the validity of the request.
  • You will receive an email once the card is added to your mobile wallet.
  • In your mobile wallet account, you will see a unique virtual account number (also known as a device account number) listed under your credit union card. This number improves security because it is only used with your device. You should provide this number whenever a mobile wallet merchant asks for the last 4 digits of your card number.
  • For one final verification step, you will receive a letter in the mail requesting you to contact the Credit Union if you did not add the card.
