Voice Response Unit (VRU)

VRU is the Credit Union’s 24-hour phone banking system that is available to all members, free of charge. VRU safely allows you to process real-time transactions by simply calling (814) 432-2846 and following the automated prompts. Here are a few things to remember when using the VRU system:

• The system requires you to input your membership number in a special format that you will receive at account opening.
• Your initial access code will be a 4 digit number you will receive at account opening. We strongly recommend changing this to a secure 4 digit number that only you know.  This can be completed by calling the VRU and following the automated prompts.
• VRU allows you to obtain account balances, transfer funds between your sub-accounts or make loan payments.
