Our offices will be closed on Monday, September 2nd, in observance of Labor Day. Electronic services and ATMs will remain available for your convenience.

As our Franklin branch prepares to transition to its new building located at 777 Allegheny Blvd. in Franklin, we wanted to keep you apprised of a few key dates and details of what you can expect to see.

  • Friday, September 6th – We will be closing both offices at 3pm due to network relocation. Electronic services will be intermittently unavailable beginning at 4pm.
  • Saturday, September 7th & Sunday, September 8th – Electronic services will continue to be intermittently unavailable while systems are being set up at the new branch.
  • Monday, September 9th – The Franklin branch will be closed while we finalize setting up the new offices. Please note this closure only affects the Franklin office. The Oil City office will remain open for business.
  • Tuesday, September 10th – Both offices will be open normal business hours. Our old Franklin branch located at 101 N. 13th St. in Franklin will no longer be operational.
